Booking requests
Submitting a ride request does not automatically confirm a vehicle. Rathya reviews journey details and contacts you to confirm availability, vehicle category and final pricing before travel.
Fares and charges
Published fares on the website are confirmed starting points for listed vehicle categories where shown. Toll, parking, state tax, permit, waiting and night-halt charges may apply depending on the journey and will be confirmed during booking.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are expected to:
- Provide accurate pickup and contact details
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
- Use the vehicle respectfully and lawfully
- Inform Rathya promptly about material changes to the journey plan
Service limitations
Journey duration estimates are approximate and may vary due to traffic, road conditions, weather and pickup location. Rathya may decline or reschedule requests when a suitable vehicle is unavailable.
