Explanation of account deletion
Rathya currently operates booking and feedback flows through enquiry forms rather than a full self-serve customer account portal. A deletion request asks Rathya to remove or restrict personal information linked to your enquiries where feasible.
Data that may be removed
Subject to verification, Rathya may remove or anonymize:
- Contact details submitted through booking, contact or feedback forms
- Feedback content that has not been retained for legal reasons
- Marketing or follow-up contact preferences where applicable
Data retained for legal or transaction obligations
Some information may be retained where needed for completed transactions, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Retained records are limited to what is reasonably required.
Verification process
To protect privacy, Rathya may ask you to verify ownership of the mobile number or email address associated with the request before processing deletion.
